What You Can Do in the Portal
- Place orders and receive quotes.
- Track the status of your file with automated progress updates.
- Send secure messages and share documents, so communications and transactions stay confidential.
- Schedule the closing with everyone involved.
- Sign electronically (E-Sign) any document that does not require notarization, so buyers and sellers can sign ahead of closing day rather than at the table.

Download the Qualia Connect app from your mobile app store, use the Closing Portal in the Apps menu above, or sign in directly.
A Word on Wiring Instructions
Real estate wire fraud is common and closings are the target. We will never send you new or changed wiring instructions by email. Before sending funds, call our office at a number you obtained independently — not one contained in the email — and confirm the instructions by voice. Treat any last-minute change of wiring instructions as fraudulent until you have verified it that way.
